Too LIttle, too short?

It's no secret that Kate Bosworth is one of the most fashion forward celebs in Hollywood. It's also not a secret that, in almost everything she wears, she looks great and makes you want to throw up your arms in the air with envy.

So, seeing her in this - barely -there - Dolce & Gabbana mini dress, which she paired with a military inspired jacket (?) leaves me terribly underwhelmed.

Not excited about the dress in the first place. The jacket is a double kill.
