Blake will pursue legal action against the publication which initially published these photographs and any other outlets that republish them in any manner."

And apparently the leakier behind this scandal didn't like Blake's rep claiming the first set of nude photos are fakes, because now he (or she) leaked more naked photos that are undeniably Blake Lively holding the same exact phone in the same room. And the leakier took the time to add a little message to Blake's rep:

"Oh, yes, Blake’s rep., these are totally fake. We really, really believe you. Want moar? BTW, thanks for all the faps."

LOL! This is a leakier with balls... Anyway, these nude photos were taken in 2008 or 2009 during the filming of The Town which was released in 2010. We know this because the same temporary tattoos Blake got while filming The Town can be seen in several of the leaked nudes. Addition proof is that she was seen on the set of Gossip Girl with an iPhone in the black case. Blake's representatives can issue all the denials they want, but I think we all know that it's her naked body in these images.

And the bombshell evidence is her face is clearly visible in holding the same iPhone while camwhoring in her bra. The interesting thing is this leak come just in time to best benefit her because her new movie Green Lantern opens in theaters June 17. I am not saying she or her people are leaking these nude photos for publicity but the timing will make some people believe that.
