Cambodia.

Buddha says,” Help those who need your help and love and care others as you love and care yourself. As a mother loves her child with her life; so do love all like a mother."
Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.Buddha.

An old monk once told me." Don't give poor people your pity for they have no need with your sympathy. What the poor people actually need is food in their stomach, clothing, shoes, and a comfortable place to rest their heads. Do teach the poor how to get out poverty and help them climb the ladder of success."
My grandfather once said, "if you can, give to the poor people what they need or do what you can to make a difference."
Unfortunately, there are too many poor, sick people in this world and I can't possibly reach out to all of them on my own.
But I have a dream and these are my goals:
-Promote education and help poor children stay in school.
-Help feed the hungry.
-Promote Aids awareness to the poor and help find cure for the sick.
-Help preserve and promote my Khmer Krom heritage.

Last summer, August 2002, the Charity Khmer Recipes books were put together with the help of kind-hearted friends from England. The Khmer Recipes has some of my recipes that I've donated, I was told that all the proceeds from the sale will go to the landmine victims in Cambodia.
A special thanks to Dr.Caroline Nixon for sending me the copy of the Khmer Recipes book. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your great charity work.
Som orkun nak neang, jah!
A big thank you to my family, relatives, friends, Khmer Krom leaders and everyone for your caring ,working hard and helping for promote education to our Khmer Krom children. It is a long road to success but thanks to your help, we are climbing a step higher, each day.
Give a man a fish and he won't starve for a day. Teach a man how to fish and he won't starve for his entire life.

Som orkun mitt tang os jah !

Working to keep the Khmer language alive. Promoting to have more Khmer schools for Khmer Krom children across Kampuchea Krom(now know as South Viet Nam)such as this school from Karmourn Sor (Rach Gia), which funding by the Danh’s family and caring friends from USA.

Promoting scholarship to the poor Khmer Krom college students, even it mean that I can only able to help just one student. At least, I know it will make a big difference to his/her life.
Again, thank you all for your compassion, dedication and generosity in helping to preserve and promote our Khmer tradition, culture and heritage.
Do not think lightly of good, that nothing will come of it. A whole water pot will fill up from dripping drops of water - Buddha.
We can't move the mountain but we can reach the summit. By working together, we will reach our goals and we'll make a difference.
Chey yu Khmer Krom! Som orkun mitt tang os jah.

Working on rebuild and restore Khmer Watts.

Preserving Khmer culture and tradition.

"Your suffering is my suffering and your happiness is my happiness," said Buddha.
May our longevity and vitality be unhindered by illness, accidents, and suffering.
May happiness, health, luck and properity always be with you!

Thank you for gave me the chance to become who I am today. It is my honor to have a chance to gives back.

With love, peace, harmony and gratefulness!
