Heng Soy, how would you like to be greeted when going to Cambodia as a foreign Prime Minister... the Cambodian way, or the Vietnamese way?
Heng Soy: I just want to be greeted in a simple civilized way. If somebody kneels in front of me, my reaction would be to lift that person up first, or lower myself to the same level as that kneeling person. But don't worry, I will never visit Cambodia as a foreign PM because I am proud to be Khmer. Thank you!
PS: I also promised myself never to kneel to any king/queen/prince or high-ranking officials. They will have to cut my legs from the knee down for that to happen.
